At Zach's Tech Turf, we want to ensure your hardware setup is flawless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your electronics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Local or Mail

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or one of our designated tech hubs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
