Custom PC builds typically require 3-5 business days for assembly and rigorous stress testing. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 2-4 business days depending on your location.

All refurbished components at Zach's Tech Turf undergo a 40-point inspection and come with a standard 90-day limited warranty covering hardware defects.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international regions in the near future.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to opened electronics or custom-configured hardware.
